At GEM, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your GEM account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
